The foundation was born out of love, advocacy, and lived experience by co-founders Shatobeca Rhymes and Sharica Stewart, two mothers who saw firsthand the challenges and the beauty of raising children on the autism spectrum.
At the center of this mission are two boys who changed everything, Ky’leb Jackson and CJ Harmon
Ky’leb is the youngest son of co-founder Shatobeca Rhymes. When he was diagnosed with autism in 2021, Shatobeca entered a world that many parents are unprepared for. She experienced the confusion, the lack of resources, the emotional weight, and the constant need to advocate for her child.
Instead of giving up, she chose to speak up.
Ky’leb’s journey inspired Shatobeca to create support systems for families who felt lost, unheard, or overwhelmed. What started as a mother fighting for her son grew into a vision to help families everywhere.
CJ is the son of co-founder Sharica Stewart. In January 2020, CJ was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder Level 3. Sharica quickly realized how isolating the journey could feel and how limited access to information and community support was for many families.
Her love for CJ and her determination to make a difference led her to partner with Shatobeca to create something bigger than themselves.
Together, they wanted families to feel seen, supported, and empowered.
We founded All Things Autism Foundation because no parent should feel alone in their autism journey.
We believe:
Every child deserves understanding, dignity, and opportunity
Every family deserves resources, education, and community
Autism awareness should lead to autism acceptance and support
Lived experience matters and parent voices matter
Our foundation exists to provide education, support groups, events, resources, and advocacy for families affected by autism.
Ky’leb and CJ are the heart of this foundation, but they represent thousands of children whose voices deserve to be heard.
Everything we do is rooted in love, advocacy, and action.
We are not just raising awareness.
We are building community, access, and hope.
Whether you are a parent, educator, donor, volunteer, or ally, there is a place for you in this journey.
Together, we can create a world where children on the spectrum are supported, celebrated, and empowered to thrive.
